Just finished connecting a new wire harness on my 08. Now get code 12, but the bike starts. Also seems the battery is purged by something even though key is out. Cant find error 12 anywhere.. please help.

Hub,
Have not been able to clear code 12. If the bike is not getting airflow signal, will it just run on default values?
Also, do you see any problems running the bike with this error?
