fuel tank cover removal

Other than for air filter cleaning or changes what other maintenance items require you to remove the tank cover fairing? Just trying to figure out if I need to hold off installing my Hyperpro for anything other than modding my air filter.

The man on top of the mountain didn't fall there.

I know it will have to be removed if one installs braided brake lines on an ABS model. I know I had it off when I did all the mods to my 2012 but I just don't remember why it was off.

The man on top of the mountain didn't fall there.

Maybe check your spark plugs first.
And if you were considering adding a quickshifter do that first as you need to access to the coils.
I know.
I installed my Hyperpro just before I bought my quickshifter...
