Not too bad for 7000 mi. and caught in 2 downpours. More bugs than dirt.

Must be some dirty air in Milwaukee. I never saw mine look that clean since I put it in.

Yeah Rook, I was surprised...and doznkoz, I've been really babying her and because of the 2 downpour rides, and lots of fall n spring bugs since Sept. when I bought it, thought it wouldn't hurt. Also did the decel pop mod with one of the delrin plugs I made....made all the difference with just M4 slip-ons. Couldn't even hear a gurgle at 3-4k! All ready for our annual Deals Gap area ride Memorial Day weekend. Staying at a cabin in Virginia. Probably be around 1400 mi. when we get back home Mon. nite. Oh, also put in fresh Mobil 4t full synth. after only 2200 on the same. Yeah...babied :)

I only got caught in the rain once in those 23,000 miles and I never rode at night until I added the PIAA lights. I imagine the bugs will be more plentiful now that I do. I'll be honest with you guys, I am still running with the original plugs in it. It still runs just as strong and smooth as ever just like the day I bought it. I guess I better do that pretty soon though.
Sounds like an excellent trip. Enjoy and be safe Mad.
