I was reading on another forum that if you slide the forks 1/4 to 1/2 inch up in the triple tree it greatly improves the handling.... has anyone experimented with this?

OK... So I think you said it would improve the handling but risk hitting the fairing if that is the case then I'll just leave it as is

Yeah I like my plastic all nice and shiny and the bike handles just fine for me I doubt I'd have the balls to push it past it's limits in the twisties
