Cool. I plan to do a simple stiping job with vinyl. I was wondering how the heck a guy would get that stuff to lay flat and not crease or run crooked on the rounded surfaces. I see heat gun will do the trick. Should be easy to apply 3" wide stripes. If I was going to cover the whole surface like those guys are, I'd definitely not want to do it without a friend's help. The guy in the vid is talking about how easy it is but it looks like it could be a bit frustrating the first time you did it.

Rook, It looks like vinyl is pretty forgiving. With a little heat and a little cussing you could have some cool results. If you screw it up throw it in the garbage.

Been thinking about having my truck wrapped. Pretty expensive to have done. The quotes I've had range from $700 to $1000. Doesn't look like something I'd wanna do myself. I'm to much of a perfectionist and I don't have the patience.
