What do you suppose is happening if the bike feels like I am riding on grooved pavement, I am fighting to stay straight, but I am on flat pavement

Steering bearings? They have a divot and land in that groove. Since the pounding is being that the steering is straight as you ride, this pounding in the race sets the ball to hang there in that groove and it feels like you are locked in that position and can't steer it.
Lift front end off ground. Take index finger and push the bar to the center and see if it drops into a groove and wiggles back and forth as it stops. The front end points straight and won't flop over to either side from center.

Did the problem start when the new Bridgestones went on?
If they are the cheap touring versions being thrown around at the moment it wouldn't surprise me that that is your issue.
They are a very poor tyre IMO and from my own experience...

Tire pressure? Ah, for some reason I swapped the silver rim (new ?? hard compound -touring) on the new bike. Stock rear black rim with the soft OE tire. So much for a mild custom accent. Brand new bike I'm thinking, this thing steers funny. Front wears out, I'm now running the stock OEM front rim and tire. WOW, what a difference. So since the variable has changed to new tires installed, where are we in the air pressure setting? If not, welcome to changing from OEM spec.
Does it sound like this sort of changes everything? Why would my steering lock in the bearing setting if this is now new info about new tires installed. Wouldn't the divot occur before the tire change? You can check, but it's probably fine.

The bridgestone tires are the new s21,I have got about 1000 miles on them, and I went up to the mountains for some canyon riden Saturday, they were gone all day.it wasn't til monday night when I noticed the wriggle off and on.
I checked the tire pressure and put the bike on stands, I couldn't find anything missing or wrong, I just didnt think about the bearings.

Lots of hard wheelie landings will beat a detent into the head bearings.
