I thought the EU and UK were the ones driving the emissions and the massive mufflers on the US bikes. How come the high end stuff is available there but not in the US? Guess it must be market forces but I still dont understand. If that was at the local dealer I would probably buy it

yeah, don't understand. There's been a few pretty cool bikes sold in
other countries and not brought to the us.

You can buy OEM parts for the zzr1400 on UK Kawasaki sites and
have them shipped.

Massive mufflers are for US EPA 80 dbl noise restriction.
Check your 2012+ OEM muffler stamp.
