And it wasn't for vehicular homicide. I sat through many o 15-20 minute Max Wrist video of crazy street riding but I can't watch 30 minutes of talking. Something about accusations of rape by his GF and the military wanting to bounce him for his riding activities which have become very high profile by now.
If anyone knows the whole story on this and wants to give the Cliff's Notes, I'd be curious. One my first thoughts was that this is a way to end the Max Wrist saga and making a huge pile of money. Whether the story is true or not, might as well cash in on it. It's done now...or is it? You can't have video equipment in prison.
My gawd---there's so many twists and turns to this story. If you look at Youtube, there's a bunch of videos about Max Wrist going to prison and he was in prison and paid somebody to pretend he was him...you don't even know who Max Wrist is!
Hmm, best is to watch the 30 minute vids from max wrist gold = maxxie, and then the original max wrist = wristy. And I'm still a little confused on the max wrist black. According to their account, maxxie had a sugar mama that was disgruntled and made up child porn, abuse, etc accusations against wristy when he was stationed to Italy. He ended up having to plea out to lesser charges to get up to 2 years in prison, rather than the many more he could've ended up with. The angry ex had done the same shit to 2 of her ex hubbies, but wristy being in the Military, the court system seems heavily biased toward the female. Wristy didn't have much a chance it sounds like.
So, maxxie and wristy were good friends before this shit came about. While wristy was doing his time, maxxie took over the successful max wrist business and kept the vids going as max wrist. Maxxie also was wristy's POA and saw all the court dox, etc. Wristy got out a few month early for good behavior. Eventually other jealous youtubers caught wind of this and started telling the story to make wristy look bad and potentially hurt the brand. So wristy and maxxie came out with their recent account of the situation.
This is my take on watching much of this. If you are actually interested in this situation, watch the vids and form your own opinion. I think we all agree, as does max wrist, that hurting women and children is not acceptable, but neither is falsely accusing people.
That's pretty much what I got from what I was able to watch. Yeah, I wonder how often people pay for making false accusations. Not too often, I suppose. If you were "proven guilty" the first time, you're probably not going to go back and change that real easy especially several years later.
I wonder what the future of Max Wrist videos will be now that the cat is out of the bag. If Wristy gets stopped by the cops now, he has a prison record. That's going to be a problem not to mention, it will be pretty easy to shut the whole show down before they even get started. I dare say, a lot of the shit they've done is so dangerous, it would be worth keeping an eye on them anticipating that they will do more videos. I like the videos but I gotta say, they have endangered other people's safety on purpose and pretty often. I thought the guy would be dead by now.

Google says since 2015. By the looks of the house he is shown exiting, it was a dumpy place in a ghetto with a padlocked gate. That was probably a low cost home for when he was on leave or it was the other guy's rental place because he was in college. Look at all the bikes! The other guy quite college to pursue being a Youtuber! They were making money. If Wristy was in the military, he was getting payed something for that too.
Jaret Campizi is one of those guys I love to hate but it gets me to click through his videos. He doesn't even do anything interesting when he rides but he and his smoking hot GF appear to have a pretty nice lifestyle even if it is possibly all rented (and I don't think it is). He might as well just go 100% Kristina though. Show the bikes and the cars quick and cut right to her. I think he finally accepted that.

Of course, you can't tell which one because he doesn't show his face in the video....oh yeah, we're living in a trailer park and we want a house in Arizona, you wanna give us some money...yada yada. I have a hard time being extremely sympathetic because when I was on the skids, I already had kids that I was paying child support for myself, I ended up living with my mom and dad, I hadn't nailed a hot 20 year old in decades and I had no hope to move into my own house in AZ. Kids today, I tell ya.

Must have been lucky so far. They do get caught for speeding. I've seen that a number of times n their videos. They must have nice cops where they ride because nobody ever went to jail as far as I know.
Max Wrist and most of his riding buddies are complete morons in my view. They made a video up my way where "2 Wheel Jesus", riding a Gixxer with blown fork seals, throws the bike off a cliff. Luckily he didn't get hurt. But I bet, even if he was killed, those idiots would have been still Yukking it up. Every example of bad riding is in those videos.
Maxwrist is a real dirtbag. His real name is Eugene Edward McMahel. I can shed some light on this for you, even offer proof in the form of court documents. In 2014 Eugene lived with a woman and her three children. They had one different father. As in she was only married once before, to one man for 10 years. She met Eugene after their divorce and she was no "sugar momma" more like a broke single mom. Eugene began terrorizing them after she moved in. He raped her in front of her children and choked her out. He tied the children to a pole in the basement and held a knife to their throats. He made one of the children have bleeding welts on his back from throwing stuff at him, he was 4 years old. Eugene was arrested for giving the woman a concussion so they quickly sent him to Italy on a new assignment in the Army. He was an E7. She was not his only victim they found out when they investigated him. He knew he was going down for the crimes so he quickly bought subscriber's and started posting insane videos. He then found Maxy, the guy who took over while he was in Leavenworth prison. He served about a year and a half from his guilty plea. He then rejoined Maxy, hence the two Maxwrists. He admitted to all of this in court documents. The video Maxy put up was because he was taking heat from it. Not one word was accurate. HEugene was also guilty of gay prostitution, and other crimes. He has 14 federal felonies. He then dated Wristy girl, remember her, it was short lived he convinced her to buy the trailer they now use and then left her in the dust for the elderly woman he now uses, Dayna. How do I know all this? His victims are family members of mine. He should have been canceled long ago, he is a horrible person with a horrible past.

Yeah, I have personally commented on a couple threads, there was a wife in Italy actually, she was an American he married her after he went there, an American named Lauramyamaca on IG. He cheated on her with an Italian girl named Irene I believe, he was prosecuted for that because infidelity is frowned upon in the military, but sad thing about Laura she had a bad wreck right before the trial and was in a coma for months. Not sure of the outcome of that. I'm pretty sure he's a has been. People start to see through people like him eventually, I'll never stop spreading the word when I find these threads though.

He was not a young man. I'm sure he must have had some rank if he was in the military long enough to be 40 something. Yeah, it's kind of a drag but when you're work requires you to maintain a positive public image, you have to be more careful about what you get seen doing both in and out of work. ...of course, I'm sure he never expected to get caught at anything questionable he might have done out of work. He never showed his face until he was out of prison and I'm sure it was curtains by that time anyway. Yeah, he was a legend as big as Ghost Rider but the crazy things he did seriously endangered other people's lives. That was the main reason his videos were so exciting. I thought he would have killed somebody or himself years ago. Maybe he would have had he not gone to jail. I wonder if he's riding at all anymore?
Ive watched several of his video's and I had been perplexed why he rides the way he does. Forgetting about how he is able to buy bike after crashed bike after crashed bike, I came to the conclusion that this guy has a very big ego and has little self worth. It seems that his entire existence is dependent upon getting likes and subscribers on youtube. He obviously has riding skills lets be honest about that part but he purposely and regularly rides beyond that point to a level of complete recklessness as the video above shows. Its as if he feels he has to do more and more crazy reckless riding in order to continue to get more and more likes. He clearly feels that nothing bad will happen to him. They call that the "Superman Syndrome " . Its even more fascinating how many comments from people are so seemingly supportive of what he does. This no doubt fuels his narcissism. if you disagree he gets butt hurt and so do his supporters I imagine. Its like watching a train wreck. You dont want to watch it but you simply cant help yourself. I think he is so caught up in this make believe world of social media that in the not so distant future we will be seeing his finale video. The one where he kills himself. All for a like and a view from an adorning crowd of equally ignorant people who will no doubt simply go on to their next video fix. I have no problem with him committing suicide if that is what he wants but what concerns me is that he will take someone else with him in the process. I would hate to come across him on the road and though unlikely he has been to areas I like to ride. Such as the Tail of the Dragon. He was reckless there too. I ride a sport bike as well and I do ride spirited at times but he is just a menace on the roadway and gives the rest of us who ride sport bikes a bad name. If he is still riding like an ass hat after that latest crash then I think we will see an obit sooner than later with his name on it.

That's my worry too. As a matter of fact that crosses my mind anytime I hear someone say a motorcyclist is only risking his own life on the road. Most likely, the biker would be the injured worse but people in cars do get killed by bikes. Surely a pedestrian or another bike rider could be seriously injured.

Why is everyone still questioning this? Yes Eddy went to prison, yes he’s a huge POS. No accusations are false. I know his first wife and have been apart of his daughters life more than he could ever dream to be. They were married 6 years but together for 9. This was before this girlfriend he assaulted. First wife met him in the USMC yes he served in the Marine Corps and Army. He beat his ex wife and served jail time. somehow he and his mom convinced her to drop charges and 2 days after court he served divorce papers as a thank you for saving his army career. He habitually cheated and beat her was emotionally violent and was supported by his crazy mom and dysfunctional family. He didn’t care about anyone not even his daughter, no matter what it was always eddy first. Sex addict with so many excuses. In 2011 his wife finalized the divorce and 2 years later he let his ex wife’s now husband adopt his daughter. He hasn’t seen her since. He didn’t want to pay child support and again he’s so screwed up and a child doesn’t fit into his lifestyle. All the follow on things happened after his first marriage. He never rode a motorcycle prior too or during his first marriage though he did ride bmx. I can say with great confidence that all those charges stated above are true.
