"call it therapy of sorts" .You got that right...sheesh...also good to kinda watch and see how my riding is doing. That's mainly the reason I vid.But the scenery and such here is so damn beautiful...also reminds me(over the winter)just what I can look forward to again;)
Tell ya...this new Gopro is gonna be HARD to top.It also has a mode in it for film making...you add the studio stuff(colors and all)to your raw video...it's definitely professional quality(that mode)Only thing...the colors are 'neutral'..so ya edit the film as you want.I don't use that...
Also has a low light mode that corrects automatically for less than bright clear daytime filming.Works also for night filming.Very cool.
"What mount(s) do you use? Any video that I can see how your mount(s) work?"...just using(on the side fairing)the curved stickyback mount...and the small adjustable extensions(two). Also have a mount on my helmet...see if I can show a pic of em...BRB.
(that's not a scratch on my fairing there...it's a reflection.(external mic arrangement)
And a snapshot from today.
Apparently you can click on these...and it takes you to my photos webpage. That's something new.
Noticed also...the info instructions mention something about 'improved artifact handling'.Anyone who rides with a camera knows BUGS can hit and stick to the lens...ruining a good video.Yesterday...when I came in to upload my vid(s) there was a pretty large(1/32nd maybe?)bug stuck right in the center of the lens...I figured'this vids toast'.When I played back that video(s)...there was NOTHING showing of a lens obstruction...where there would have been on my other camera.I was surprised for sure.So this 'dirty lens' problem apparently has been solved by GoPro....very cool.Definitely a BIG plus.
