Well I put on my last Maddevill Breakfast Loop on Saturday before I move north next week. Had around 10 riders including a couple of original members who haven't been on the ride in years. Started out foggy but the sky cleared. We had a great ride to end the tradition.

Welcome to teh other California :) If you get teh chance to slip on down to Redding, during one of our races, come on by and introduce yourself.. I am pretty hard to miss at the dragstrip:) Only green leathers out there ..Our season restarts next weekend and we will hacve our revised schedule at that time

I'll try to do that Chrly. I joined the Shasta Supermoto Club and will be racing Supermoto next year down at the Redding track.
I'll also try to get together with you for a scoot.

Congratulation on living the life

I was listening to the radio yesterday and they were playing the country song by Cathy Mattea 18 Wheels and a Dozen Roses and it got me really think about complete retirement.

The chorus goes like this and really hit home

Eighteen wheels and a dozen roses

A few more songs on the all night radio

Will do Chrly. I plan on going to the first meeting, should be sometime in July. This year I'm
going to turnwork assuming we have races. Got some things I need to take car of on my KTM.
It's weird, here I am, 6 days from retirement and I'm thinking "I'm too young to be thinking of
retiring." Luckily I am healthy and feel really good. Still riding well, maybe that keeps
me young. But I am looking forward to working on stuff I want to work on, on MY schedule.
And I don't see slowing down on my riding happening!!!
