FYI

I finally got an answer from Scorpion Exhaust as to whether or not the 09 and 08 exhausts are the same.
They said that there are no changes in the 09 as far as exhausts go. So if you have a new 2009 ZX you can order a set of 2008 Pipes and they will fit. And since many Companies are not yet listing 2009 Parts for the ZX's this might help everyone out.

hub,
the M4 from 06-07 don't fit "perfectly" on a 08,by experience you have to cut some pipe(slip on) at the cat area to make it fit
