My newly aquired 2013 zx14r has black shorty voodoo pipes

The left side is slightly lower in the peg to exhaust ratio than the left side. I'm curious if this is how it is supposed to be or if the previous owner just didn't seat the exhaust correctly? Any voodoo owners care to chime in? Not a lot of pictures on the interwebs in decent enough resolution for me to verify.

FYI they are uneven because you cannot rotate the left side into position without the kick stand hitting it....fail. I could shave off an 1/8" of pipe from the header side so it would seat a little deeper (thats what she said) but i'll prob just put form turn down dumps and ditch the voodoos until a quieter exhaust comes on the market for cheaps. Voodoo are simply to loud to enjoy past the 30 minute mark.

I can't believe someone would pay that for those things... I would roll open exhaust before I clamped those autozone exhaust tips on.

Yeah they really are just tips. Well, tips with a small extension of piping, I could see them being sold for $150 but $400 is ridiculous. I had a 2 brothers on my 2nd gen Concours14, i'll prob get something similar.
