Well, since my snap-ring pliers are broken and I don't have the speciol tool for pressing ther bearings in and out, I woln't be weighing my wheels again. I'd say the bearings seals grease and hubs probably weigh 2 lbs per wheel.
I looked up my research which made me decide to jump on this deal for the Marchesinis.
Forged Aluminum: per specs on sales web sites...
Marchesinis front 7.64, rear 9.98lbs sale $1499
Carrozzeria front 7.80, rear 13.4lbs cost $1780
NEW Carrozzeria "Tri-R Race" wheels front 6.10, rear 8.5lbs (not yet made for Kawasaki) These are quite similar in design to the regular 10 spoke ones.
I really hate going back and looking at products once I have decided and made a purchace. It's almost certain that you'll see a better deal or information that would have changed your choice. Once you've put out a few bucks like this you deserve to be happy with what you're getting. It may not be the best of all possible decisions but it's yours.
Kind of reminds me of why I didn't get married for so long. I always thought something better would come walking around the corner any minute!
