I finally installed the rear rack. I bought Hurricane rear rack along with the rear small fairing while I was in Japan. The most difficult thing was to make 1" hole on the rear-side fairing. Otherwise installation was easy as all hardware except a couple of rubber grommets came with the rack. It was cheaper than Givi but more expensive than V-storm rack modification that some people here did.

Here are some pictures. I created a hole on the rear side fairing and used a rubber grommet (the center metal piece came with the rack).
