I'd also like to tip my virtual hat to Dean, at MetricTech, in McKinney, Texas. I purchased my PCIII USB from him early last year (in fact, I was his first eBay buyer on that purchase). He synced my throttle bodies and tuned my ZX14 a few weeks ago. He did an awesome job. The bike is like a different beast. If you're in the Dallas area, and want a knowledgeable tuner, give Dean a shot.
