My mileage didn't really change enough to be noticeable with that gearing. It won't be a huge sotp diff, but you'll find you pick up r's and run through the gears noticeably faster. I like that gearing...enough that I'm leaving it on with the turbo, at least temporarily lol

Hey Mr. Blue, try an Avon Storm on the rear. I was evaporating super-sport tires just like you till I put the storm on back. I got 2200 miles out of my last BT-014 till it was almost cords.....the storms got alittle more than that now and looks maybe 1/3 worn, and sticks as good for my riding as anything else

'06 with Stock gearing here, but flies out, TRE-006, Power Commander w/ Ivans map, Area P 2.5" slipons and Conty road attacks (great tires - super milage and grip ) 17000 mi. - average milage is 34 according to display, on the highway at legal speeds I get 39 to 41, but at 85 to 95 mph I regularly see 47. It looks like I took a hit in town with my mods to around 29 to 32, but highway milage seems about the same as stock, possibly a little better, but that could be just accumulated miles, never seems to run hot anymore since around 8000 mi., so it could just be loosening up. I have been thinking about lower gearing just for fun, but with the mods I have made this might be foolish - can loft the front end in first 3 gears easy right now with just a roll on. When I am ready for chain & sprockets I might drop it a bit just to see wass up wif dat.
