If you could keep your legs that low the pain would be less.But you can't ride like that.I have a higher seat which seems to help my knees.
Or if I'm cranking hard on the highway I dn't notice it and with my higher shield everything is better.Except my wrists hurt.But I take an anti-inflamitory before I ride.
