Great ride, great day.

Met up with Maddevill with a few others at Alice's Restaurant on Skyline for breakfast. Nice ride down the mountain, and back around to where I live (Santa Cruz Mountains near Santa Cruz). Some of the ride was stellar, other parts were bomb cratered roads that you almost need a 4WD to negotiate... not big bike friendly but picturesque. I know most of these roads, living in the mountains since the 80's, I've been on most.

Will do this again once or twice before end of summer!

Haha Honeymoon leading to a quick divorce... I'm kidding. I still miss my 916. I just couldn't stomache commuting on it anymore.
I'm thinking of starting a FOF club. Open Road and George and you are already in it. Although you're kind of young for us.

In the past year I've had my ass handed to me by 2 guys in their 60s,( one was 67) on new Multistrudels along with OpenRoad on his ZX as well as you on yours. Thank god for jerry so I have a tiny bit of dignity left.

I'm still planning the long run up the coast to Oregon for the eclipse... weather permitting.
I'll be ready for more Alice's trips in September and early October before we lose to weather...

If you guys want a different sort of ride, Big Sur awaits.
