I am looking at buying a used ECU to put a tune on. Question is, other than the part number 211175-,does the last four numbers indicate anything other than the year or model? I have a 2022 and there are not a lot of used parts for them out there.

I know for the 2012 and I'm pretty sure it's the same for your 2022 that the ECU serial number scheme is broken down like this:

EU/Australia ECU example 21175-1115
USA/Canada ECU example 21175-1128

21175 indicates the manufacturer, which in this case 21175 is allocated to Kawasaki ECUs.
The next set of 4 numbers are region codes, which in the above examples are for EU/Australia and USA/Canada.

So when buying a ECU make sure it's for the correct region for which your bike was made for.

Here's a list of ECU serial numbers for 2022 14R's where I in bold are all USA/Canada ECU part numbers.

...forgot to add.

The last set of numbers/letters is the ECU BIN File serial number that's stored inside the ECU and can only be extracted until or unless you can READ/DUMP the ECU file with a tool such as Woolich Racing.
