Looks nice. Making the cats removable is a good idea if you have emissions testing (as I know you do in Europe). For those of us lucky enought to have looser motor vehicle laws, the cats should be an option. I am certain those things account for a sizeable chunk of production cost.

THey used to use a decal for their logo? I bet that last about 5 minutes on a hot day in traffic. If I look closely at your pic, the logo appears to be a sticker. It's one color. Printing with high temp paint would work out quite well.

Its defo not a sticker, no idea how its printed on there, and yes the removable cats are good idea, now to find some cheap akra headers!
