Thought I would toss a lil encouragement your way siroht.. :)theck out that dial board. First event into the tens for me . 2015

Many of us started with the 14 right where you are altho I am fortunate to have three tracks within less than a couple hundred miles.

I went back thru the last five years and 95% or more of my second halves were 3.2 which backs up the thing everyone says about the
the 60 foot being so important. That is one reason track numbers vary so much from street numbers... TRACTION..

My suggestion would be to make a strong effort to get to a track . that will give you a base to work on for comparison with the Dragy

I was in the staging area and a couple guys leaning on the fence.

" Paper plate? How many miles on that bike ? "

me " almost 500 now " I had picked it up during the week and it was PURE stock , new bike :)

I lost all interest in 1/4 mile at the track when it started gettting 3 hours between runs because it is always so packed. I used to go to the test/tune midnite madness that was all nighters and it was fun till it got so crowded that it also becames 2-3 hours for another run. It is the only close track and 20 miles from me.

Boy do I understand that .. My last trip to the Sacramento strip, I used a 1/4 tank of gas I guess ( maybe :) ) sitting in the truck idleing with ac going.
Pretty bad when you sorta hope you can go out first round so you can pack up and go home :(

Thanks Chrly! Nice shots. With you guys help I may just overcome the fear of the initial launch. That's where I'm struggling at the moment.

Nice shot Chrly :)

Our car+bike meets can have long waits, on our bike only nights you can get 15 runs in but the turn around time can overheat the clutch.
