Some track stuff from NHMS and NJMP
11/03/09 8:45 PM

I've posted a few pics of my friend's red 05 10r before. The bike has over 25K on the clock with countless visits to the tracks in the Northeast. Still a beast on the street and on the track.
Here's a pic next my 14 from a few months ago

And this is what the 10r does on the track, hope that the folks that don't ride in a straight line only would enjoy this stuff. My buddy is next to impossible to hang in with when he's pushing hard.

On board the 10...

I simply the 04-05 zx10r and dearly miss mine.

This actually was my first track visit with the 750 and the bike had very few upgrades from stock in the above video- I had a 520 chain/ sprocket conversion with -1/+2, R1 front calipers with Vesrah pads and Spiegler ss lines, and certainly the Pirelli Diablo Corsa III and they are still mounted on my stock set of wheels.
You can notice how nimble the 750 is and how it slighly pulls away in the few longer left-handers but the 10r dominates on the home straight.

Looks cool, Mass. What do you do when you come up on a slower rider that is not with your group? Does the guy even know you are there? Do they move out of your way or do you have to pass them on their terms?

Rook, there are strict rules about overtaking, look them up here:

I had a chance today to pull the bike out of the garage and do some final prep before starting the rebuild.
The 750 has new front end with resprung forks with Penske springs, new swingarm, and a corrected frame for all
misalignments.

Here she is in the driveway today, clean and ready for the new exhaust, radiator, gas tank, gauges, race subframe etc.
