I had one of those original 900 Ninjas back in the day. You had to wind it out to get good power out of it.

That is a sweet colour scheme. We don't get that over here but if we did I bet it would sell very well. I had a 1000RX back in '86 in similar colours. Bigger and heavier than the 900R due to the full cradle frame but ultimately faster at the top end. It had a big hole in the power delivery around 3-4000rpm as I remember.

I think it is a great color combination, I really like it. I have not seen one anywhere, not at a dealer, not on the street. It's a limited production, very limited.
