Just a few pics to show what an 09-11 set of slip ons look like on the 2012. I knew these would not fit when I bought them, but as they were at the right price it is worth getting the link pipes modified imo.
Left side, the diameter of the link pipes are the same, just the angles and length are different.

Right side note the mount point is further back and the angle of the muffler is wrong also to far out from bike.
Also worth noting there is no stop for the center stand.
