tail lowering
02/25/13 4:56 PM

My 08 zx-14 is fitted with a 300 tire. My tail seems to be higher than i want it to be. Is there a way to lower the tail without having to use lowering links? Thanks

I think the only mechanical way is with the lowering links. Either that or get a shorter shock or back off the preload, which will screw up your handling.

Get the Mrs'zx14king (zx14queen?) to sit on the passenger pillion, bit of extra weight will cause more sag :D

I'm looking at some links now. It'll be a while before the bike is back on the road. I put the Mrs on it and the tail of the bike looked like a saggy pamper. Thanks
