After I wash, I spray WD-40 on a rag and whip down the rims. Cleans everything off and protectects the wheel from sunfade

It don't stay on there long, I just use it on the wheels and bottom part of the bike. Then rinse and blow it dry with a leaf blower. The shit costs too much to use it on the entire bike!

beleive it or not, Honda cleaner and detailer in a spray can works great on wheels, takes chain lube right off, shines the wheels right up and protects from the sun.

I've always used Black Magic Titaneum wheel cleaner for high performance wheels. Takes care of chain wax fling. Very strong soap but seems to be gentle on painted surface of my silver wheels. Seemed to do a great job on the black wheels of the busa too. Just don't spray it on the rotors cause it is very slippery. you want to rinse well and apply to rag rather than spray on the wheel.

That's what I really like about this K&N stuff...dissolves all dirt and fling, and you just wipe it off with a clean rag...no washing or rinsing.I was amazed how quick and painless it is.It's not made for this of course, but they'd make big dollars if they sold it for bike cleaning.

The cost...$23.00 a gallon.

Noooo, I use it by the case load at work. It's the only thing we aloud to use now(WHIMS Approved BS). It leaves a sticky residue that everything sticks to annnnnnddddd if you leave it on to long it lifts the paint. Works on grease with no smell, but if you spray it, you will choke on it. IMO, No. Put it this way, I get it for free and I have none of it in my house or garage. YUK Yuk Yuk. Sorry, but I hate the stuff.
