Alot of people will disagree, but my opinion on break in is:
Find a long stretch of road.
Click into first gear.
HAMMER DOWN!
shift up 5 times until the hated top speed limiter shuts you off at a blistering 186 mph.
When its all said and done and you park it back in your garage, try to wipe the smile off your face. If you're able to, sell the bike now. If not, welcome to the ZX14 community

Astroglide works much better. Limp wrists use arm her haul. If you break them inn slow, they freeze up, dry out. Be more physical and that gets the heat going and your arm is all set for not moving north and south for one night. Especially if the key fob gets stuck, then you're inn for a good time. Out by 11am.
Be careful watt you hear around ear, 008. Fuzz-fuzz-fizz-fizz, oh WOT a relief it is.
