I think that is a Brembo master cylinder/lever. ....speaking of which, the longass wires from the lever switches look pretty bad. But if you need the comfort...?

I can't tell from the pic but I think what we are looking at is a 14 with the top yoke/clipons removed and fitted with a set of handle bars.
