Has anyone heard of or tried these?

RACING PLUGS KAWASAKI ZX6R ZX6RR ZX14 ZX10R NINJA ZX6 R

I remember a few years back seeing a circular electrode with claims, and then the plug disappeared. It was the Pulstar. I see it is back - bottom.

A site selling at 1/2 cost of ebay.

Hold the Halo upright in your hand. Now, let me pee in the ring. See if that makes more HP.

http://www.halo-sparkplugs.com/why_the_halo_tip_gets_better_gas_mileage.htm <<< Same myth they should have entered in their "myths" column.

Look at the surface taken up bye the halo. That is fuel/air not displaced in that side electrode taking up less room. And if the shortest path is found with a side electrode, why would the gas slow down around the halo to keep the flame front moving. The flame now has to move all around the halo in 32 angles or whatever that patent photo shows all those pitches of curves the fuel has to fight and flame around.

It there was one side electrode, there is more fuel to start the fame front which is time is time around an object. Myths Made to justify the social science. Same with the spark waiting for the piston to be close enough to act the side electrode on the spark jump.

If that plug made more HP, you would know these are the cat's meow to use. It would be so established as a performance helper, the factory would copy the patent somehow is reverse a curve on the halo and she is a new patent of the same shot shit shot my load is spend money on one more myth.

Same myth as the 5th gear ratio of my timing retard is the retard has spoken.

That would be the cheapest +10 hp available. Everybody would be using that kind of plug, especially if it's been around for a while.

If it's cheap, might as well try it and see the results for yourself. What have you got to loose?

there are three plugs in the post... Halo is one.

I recall I had a Jacobs racing ignition module on my Harley in the 90's, and that increased the spark to the plugs. After putting that on a dual plugged/cyl Harley, the plugs were perfectly colored after that, started much easier, plugs lasted longer...

why wouldn't some type of (more efficient?) plug help some as well? Not saying Halo is the one, necessarily, but how about the domed, Brisk, plug at the top, for example?

Maybe there is nothing new under the sun with spark plugs.

Hub, I had not considered the idea of less approach for the fuel/air to the flame on the Halo.

I ran the Brisk plugs in my ZX for a little over a year. Seemed to work find, but there's no way they made an additional 10 HP. With flies out, the Brisk plugs, a BMC street filter, and Yoshi 4:1, it made 171.9 HP. If they were good for 10 HP, that would put the bike at 161.9 HP, which seems a bit low. I've seen several dyno charts for bikes with the exact mods (but without the mods) and they're always within 1-2 HP. In fact, 1-2HP higher than mine.

YMMV,

I agree with the notion of no gain on HP from a plug. I am looking for a plug that fires better then most, has a good life...etc.
