Custom fit Risers
04/24/18 8:44 PM

Being 5'5" is a challenge riding any sport bike, so I always had to improvise. These worked out perfect for me!!!!
1-1/2" rise with a 1/2" pull back, fit perfect, no other mods needed!!!

Right after machined

checking fit,

powder coating done,

Time to finish install,

Awesome job, you should consider manufacturing and selling them. Looks as good as any other risers I've seen from other manufacturers

Very nice work, looks great! How does it feel on the road?

Feels Great! Can still get in a tuck position, but most my weight is off my wrists. Not to sure about manufacturing any to sale. I just don't want any legal issues that may arise. But I will give a Machined Print on this mod. Just PM me and I'll e-mail a copy. You Can have a local shop Machine it for you. I will even throw in the G-Code Mill Programs and set up sheets to help reduce your cost.

Eray, How much do you think it might cost to have a machine shop mill the risers with the information you're willing to provide? Your risers look fantastic but if the cost of having a machine shop mill them far exceeds what I would pay for black path or helibar I might as well just go that route and save money. I'm not looking for an exact amount just a good guess since I know nothing about milling. Thanks

Run time is about 15 min per side. So that's 1 Hr. for the pair. Cost me $20.00 to have them Powder coated. Depending on shop rates, usually $70.00 to $90.00 an hr. $80.00-$120.00.
