What diagnostic scanner

I want to buy a diagnostic scanner or a diagnostic program (for a laptop), but one that allows you to modify the parameters of the motorcycle (ignition, throttle, speed letter, etc.).
Can you advise something?

I am from Poland and my English may be poor - sorry

It sounds like you're talking about a Woolich system. Are you planning to do your own flash?

The software and electronics are for sale by Woolich. I think it will cost you a couple thousand bucks. I will probably go that rout if I get a new bike someday...unless there is something better by then.
