What brand do you use, pro's and con's....

LSL. Supposed to reduce the chance of breaking the frame but I have heard otherwise reported on here. Also, replaceable delrin pad and the whole puck is replaceable if need be.

I keep mine on for looks. I'd go without if I hadn't already spent the $$. Good for a garage tip over but if you go for a slide, I think your better to let the fairings and engine covers take the beating.

Thanks Rook....I'm debating frame sliders versus case covers....may go with the latter but wanted to see what everyone was using.

From what I hear, aftermarket covers (good ones for racing) will hold up to a crash but they will also be heavier than stock. I have a Woodcraft stator cover on the busa and it is heavier than stock.

I fitted R&G sliders. They are cross braced and quite easy to fit.
