Was purchased bone stock, with a salvage title, and there have been a few surprises along the way.
Been a busy week getting it ready for this weekend... we (WMRRA) are racing at the Ridge... last round, there, this season.
It's our annual food drive too... bring a/some non-perishable(s) and get in for free.
We are doing Taste of Racing Saturday and Sunday as well... $20 gets you on the track at lunch time.

That would be a trip. WA State via Huston, TX. I'd have to get 1bad to meet me in Nebraska somewhere, collect my 500 and head up to The Ridge. That's a two day trip to WA. I'd need a whole week off. Probably not a good time to ask right after I started but I'll keep it in mind just in case..what a totally cool summer vacation that'd be.

Trackday with OPRT on Monday... pack light.

LOL--I'll be spending the 4th with the kids this year. Couldn't miss that for the world. No bikes but lots of fireworks!

Maybe I mentioned this in the past but it always looks a bit damp. I guess that's WA for ya.

So this is video from some other bike? Looks very exciting. Saw the crash about halfway through the second video. You were scurrying to pick it up right away so I guess you were not injured. First video there must have been a battle right at the end of the race. I see the bike laying there but you're nowhere to be seen. Were you ok? How about the bike?

Although that track is wet a lot... definitely was not that day... Mirage.

Wasn't scurrying for the bike... was scurrying out of the impact zone. Bike stayed in the impact zone, so the race was red flagged (stopped)... and then I grabbed my bike.

That same corner (t13) claims several more before the checker.
I was behind the wall, bickering with the corner worker to let me take the runout road back to the pits... I had more racing to do and a bike to fix!
I was fine... bike needed a new frame slider, clip on, rear set, and some zip ties.:)

Oh... yes, all vids are from other bikes... I sold my GoPros... never got in to filming.

Filming does take a considerable amount of attention at least before you go out to ride. Some of the experience is lost fussing with cameras.

New track record was set rd.3 and is about 5 seconds a lap faster.

That corner is going to take me a while. I'm way to slow to get any worth while lean, feel like i'm going to fall over. That's just scary shit how it drops off at the apex then have to immediately set up for down hill right.
