Before I'd run that anymore I'd take off the clutch cover and look at the basket before something blows.
The metallic sound is very NOT good. You may want to pull the cam chain tensioner and have a look at that too.
At idle in Neutral the transmission is not spinning but the clutch basket is.

I check the clutch basket
Check clutch, steels and fibers
Check springs and chain tensioner
Check hydraulic clutch and chainge clutch fluids.my 14 make that sound only with natural gear and the clutch press.
When pull first gear stops and shift very good all gears.my mechanical say is a transmission fail dut defore open the engine i want to be sure.

1. I want to start the bike, grab the handle of a screwdriver as if to stab open a can of oil, hold the tip of the driver's shaft to the cam tensioner body, bend down and place the knuckle of my thumb up against my ear at the grip [get it?] and listen for top end/tensioner noise.

2. I want to keep the bike running, stab the left side of engine case, go to the back of the case, right side of the case, clutch cover, and pinpoint which side is the loudest, left or right?

3. I want to stop the engine or start with the right crank cover first (your choice) and remove it. What I don't want to do is turn the crank so far I defeat what I'm looking for. I'm looking for the slack side of the chain not keeping ratchet tension on the chain. Yes, I can run the crank backwards and gather a lot of slack so as to make the chain tight on the counterclockwise move. So I want to find as little chain slack movement ccw, if not any slack short of loading the chain and moving the crank ccw.

Report back before moving to a teardown and say where the noise is the loudest.

Note:
I'd have my ear down at both balancer's locking nut/shafts, but someone might agree this is not tensioner noise. Don't pass these up either chasing the loudest side.

2nd the noise i believe is camming from the left side close to the sprocket.
3rd this is indresting:wen when I sit up and the dike is in the straight like the noise dont stop...wen turn to right the noise dont stop....but wen turn in to the left the noise stops!!all this only in netular and hold the clutch

Pull the exhaust off, drain the oil, pull the oil pan. What broken part is sitting in the pan?

Thanks.next week I think the engine will come down.In the meantime, if something similar happened to someone, it would be good to write it.

Just to rule this out, have you checked the shift shaft on the left side?Is it moving outward/inward?Can you push it back in?I mean like an inch or so,more or less.Check the circlip. Is it in the groove where it belongs? But i do think Hub is close if not correct. You have an ape tensioner.Maybe try resetting that?Could be all that's going on there.UNLESS the shoes are wearing.Too tight on that tensioner, that could happen i think over time. Not sure, but sounds plausable. They can wear out.The ape is adjusted inwards ONLY until the cam chain noise stops. Not any more than that.As the chain wears,it MAY need a slight bit more adjusting over time.
