I just put on my new centre stand and found that the foot pedal piece is almost touching my Buell peg. With my foot on the peg my heel is pushing the stand down 1-2 inches.
Has anyone else used the centre stand and Buell pegs? How did you get around this issue?
By the way the Center stand is from SW-Motech.
Please let me know.

As soon as I get my right peg (fingers crossed for today) and install them I'll let you know if I have the same problem with the OE Kawasaki Center Stand....... RON

I have the factory CS with Buell pegs plus the bike is lowered and no problems.

and, still waiting for a r/s peg. 8 - 10 days has turned into 3 weeks min. At least they it's not backordered. They must use a Slow Glide for deliveries...............

How you get around the issue is buy their lowering foot pegs. They design both, then both should have zero problems as if in stock curves, and positioning.

I don't think that SW-Motech make any lower peg kits. If they do I can't seem to find them on their website.
I'm surprised that I'm the first to find this problem as it seems lower pegs and Centre stands are common mods for sport touring on the 14.
