Rear Frame Sliders...??

Saw a fellow rider this weekend who had rear sliders attached using the rear exhaust hangar bolt to secure it.
Has anyone else done this. He went down a couple of times and remarked those sliders saved a good part of the bike from damage...first time I saw one and may consider it for mine in the future......anyone else done it yet?

Did he say where he got'em, or who made them?

He did, but I was riding with him and did not write it down just took a pic with my iphone....will see him next time and ask....but any manufacturer should be able to make up a set.....just the correct length and diameter and thread of the bolt....the sleeve and the end piece is all that is required.....seems like a good idea to help protect the rear too.
