Hi guys

My 07 is almost 100000 km, so it's time to take a new overhaul on the shocks I change oil every spring and I am on my only second set of
fork seals..not to bad.

I have also changed the spring with a little bit shorter and stiffer KTech and up from 0.9 to 1 kg in spring rate. The shocks work well and the valve is not to bad to be original, but anyway, since this is a keeperbike I bought a new set of 20ssk from kteck and even new rebound valves.

I also bought new bushings...and here is the question..how to loosen the inner bushing from the tube ? Anyone done that on a high milage bike ? What type of tool do I need..can't find anything about the subject either on the great internet ?? thanks in advance
