I've just installed a Puig hugger on the ANIML. The appearance in matte black was just perfect for me. I think it fits and looks as if it was supposed to be there from factory. Attaching hardware shows plenty of thought and attention to detail. Fits over the new 190/55/17 Dunlop Sportsmart II with ample clearance. I tried a couple of different carbon huggers on my 07, and hated them. This one..... love it!

I dunno bro ... mine's about as custom as I'll prob ever make it ... although I've been considering a top case. Even had the parts all loaded into my cart, but didn't pull the trigger (yet) ... totals over 600 clams IIRC. Gotta really want it for that much $. And I'm not sure yet that I do. Sure looks convenient, though. Two riding buds have sport tourers (C14 and FJR14) with top cases, and it sure seems nice to be able to pop your helmet (and jacket?) right into the case and not have to worry about it. But ... then you're ridin' around with a big ol' top case.

Still ... 600 samolians

Anyway ... post up whatever's next for yours. Looking forward to seeing it ...

me like, but I'm biased.

I'm thinking a rear hugger would really help with my after race clean up sessions. VHT and rubber accumulation is an issue on my bike. Post a link from the site that you got it from Sweet.

Mcintosh arms have a huger bolt on to mcintosh arms. If you have a mc arm. Simply google mcintosh hugger and you will see links to buy it from Mc.

It keeps a lot of road debris, mud and water off your back (if running a stretch). If like to burn rubber those fragments are also off your tail piece.

I ridden with it a few times now and it sits nice and snug and doesn't rattle like huggers I've had in the past.
Auron, it has to help plenty, as nothing can get flung forward from the tire. It also still has the added advantage of looking damn sexy too.
