^^^ Great pic!... Thanks for sharing. ^^^

That wouldn't work with my monsters... At 150lbs each, they'd require a sidecar and a trailer.

"Bell-Ears the Beagle" = Unofficial Zx-14 mascot. Check the bell by his ear.

Edgcrusher; That is too cool! I see she's wearing a harness. How do you get her attached to your back? I'm with DogoZX on this one. My great dane would want to drive.

She goes by the alias "The Speed Beagle" when she rides and she's very good about making sure everyone is accounted for not lost on the group rides. If she were an inch bigger I'd say she was too big. I was trying to build a fiberglass 'Beagle Pod' for her a couple years back for the 94 GSXR when I sold the Roadstar but it took too long and I ended up selling the GSXR. So now with the luggage and monstrous seat she has plenty of room to move around but I can't see what she's doing back there and that bothers me. In the pic I just have a short leash around my waist looped through the handle and hooked on her harness to make sure she doesn't hit the ground if she fell. But I'd like to set her up with a better rig so I don't have to think about her at all. I'm thinking of making a bracket to attach to the subframe consisting of aluminum rod which would come up from behind and over her on both sides to a point above her where I can make a attachment point for a short retractable lead. Then she can spin around and lay down or whatever and I don't have to mess with her leash. I just found a nicer harness which is more like a garment which would hug her under her front legs if she fell and not let her slide out of it. She needs to be able to move because she likes to get her nose in the wind. I had a tall windscreen on my Roadstar. When she rode with me I had a wood platform I strapped to my tank infront of me with a duffel bag bolted to the top that she would sit in. That way on long rides in the cold night she could get out of the elements in the bag. Well when we're rollin down the road and I accelerate she wants to get as far out in front in the wind as she can. She just loves accelerating! So she would climb up onto my handle bars and get her head around that windscreen only holding on with one paw. Dogs really have no fear sometimes. I like having her along with me and people get a kick out of it wherever we go. She's definitely getting out more this summer!

Edgecrusher,My hound is small enough that she fits nicely in a tank bag. When she was a pup i would zip the bag up to the neck to keep her from trying to leap off the bike.It was a good learning tool for her! With all this talk about two up riding i need to take the mut out for a speed run dog nab it.
