Nitrous didn't work right.. So i raced Pro ET and superstreet 9.50.

Lost 2nd round in Pro ET to the points leader.. Not a terrible defeat i suppose.

Beat the points leader in 9.50 first round, rallied on to beat #13 in points, #4 in points, and got a bye in the second round. Ended up facing #15 in points in the finals, lost on a .102 red light :(

In the semifinals (against #4) i ran a hell of a package. somethin less then .1, i think it was an .08 or something like that (.06 reaction time and a 9.52). Pretty hard to get much better then that.

Just thought i'd let you guys know what i have been up to. Found the wiring problem on the nitrous, gettin it fixed and testing it in the next week or so

Sweet Slow.......you have the reflexes of a cat I've only drag-raced once....it was grudge racing on a converted airport taxi-way. No timing lights or tree....just a foot switched light. I had some nice smooth runs tho, my oldschool 10 did herself proud I've been to plenty of proper strips as a spectator tho, I have huge respect for you good racers who leave the line like a bottle rocket What gear do you plan on hitting the juice in? Just curious how that works?

Planning on running it in 1st if the tire/suspension will hold it. i'm going to be running a push button that will engage the nitrous AND switch to the nitrous map at the same time. Hopefully the map switch really does change as quick as they say it does

IF i'm able to spray it in 1st and put together a perfect pass.. the bike SHOULD run 8.50s easy.. Close to 160 mph. The hardest part is going to be 1st gear. There is already WAY too much going on that early

good luck on 1st gear spraying .. you may get and 8. spomething pass 1 day .. but i bet you have more bad busted passes than good ones ..


and it all depends on tracks too .. some tracks i can't do nothing but 9.0's and others i can't get 9.50's . and all the tracks are with-in a 150 mile radius... and never touch the bike

Are you still at 17F/45R? I'm just thinking about your hole shot, then hitting the juice. This does not leave you much time to prep for that launch into second. Like you say "allot going on" in that first few seconds. Wow.

Yes sir! 17/45 and the wheelbase is 66 1/2". I'm going to take 3 links out of it, should put it around 65 1/2".. It'll help my traction issues. Wheelies i can handle, traction basically screws you for the whole pass.
