Well, this happened last weekend on Hwy 94. The guy was there today again when I was on my ZX-11. I will E-mail him to buy the pics without watermarks, but I need to negotiate on the price.

Hwy 94 makes me drool being that I'm stuck here in the northeast. I damn near dumped a friend's Buell right near Cuyamaca College after an unreal (and fuckin' hot, riding that toaster) blast from San Diego when two kids no more than 12 years old (I swear) who were driving an ice cream truck (I swear again) cut right into my lane. I managed to stay up but it freaked me out more than usual. I should have schooled 'em but I was so rattled I rode it off and had a much more subdued ride back to SD. Imagine.......taken out by two kids hopped up on sugar in a freak ice cream truck accident.

Your highways out there rule. And that 14 looks pretty damn sharp too.

Nice ZX11 pics ! Reminds me of my 91 pre-production ZX11 which I took to Europe for a month-long sport-touring adventure. Mine had Ohlin's shock, Muzzy exhaust, Ohlin's steering damper, March' wheels, Metz rubber, and a lot more. Too bad I don't make the same kind of money today as I did in the early 90s. Heh.

Laid her down in Antibe (France, South Coast, near Nice) at a bottom of the hill right hander going over a yellow painted pedestrian strip (4 feet wide) and picked her back up, rode back to campsite, and put bandaids on us both. Rode the rest of the trip with a bandaid on the right lower fairing.

Keep that pretty ZX11 in good condition, sir ! Its a classic!

Thanks Jay & Privateer, and yes, I intend to keep the ZX-11 in good condition. Actually, except for some minor mods, it will remain stock.
