"I'm 12 with no license." There is nothing that says you can't own a bike. Worse thing you can do is go out on it without you being legal to do it. This is like waiting for the cookies to be made. This is you tearing that bike down and putting it back together again. You are not ready yet. You fall asleep on the bike waiting for your license.

Rook-I took an 11 with 357 miles on it and it factored up to 13k spent. My dad is a good talker haha
