Info does not tell you if it's a ball bearing Turbo, stage 1 does not come with the RRFPR or the fuel pump, you have to spend 1000 more to get the stage 1+ ,,,,,,hmmmmm. Have you looked at this kit. Click Here

I'm not sure I understand "He never got it". Was it only talk or did your brother actually pay for the kit and not receive what he paid for ????

Chris told me he would get a kit together and send some #'s. He never did so I moved on. Big Big Big Mistake. I know he spends time on the road Racing but I gave up and bought a kit from a vendor who I thought had a good Reputation.

He took my money for 78 days and gave me nothing and would not take my calls,,,, After many threats, kit was sent but everything I got did not come close to fitting. I'm sure they came from botched attempts off the shop floor. Reg was used and def second hand. The Turbo was new the rest was junk and needed to be modified. To this day I'm still waiting for the missing parts he stiffed me. lol So in hind site Chris would have been well worth the wait. I hope this Helps in some way cheers.

This advise was given to me after I spent the money ,,,,, The guys at Muzzy won't steel you doe. Important.

I have a partial CL kit, but why CL over the others? If I was buying a complete kit (not that you're asking my opinion), I'd go with a
1. Chris Jones
2. Orient Express
3. MR Turbo,
4. Muzzy's,
5. ATP,
6. Cycle Logic
Velocity Racing???

Of course I'm biased, but after 5 years with the turbo, 300 HP to the rear wheel and no real issues...you would be too.

I'd say stage 1.5. LOL Some things on the stage 2 was put onto mine. ATP turbo kit complete with B.O.V., GT30R turbo, dump pipe, MTC multi stage lock up clutch, dual cooling fans, Ohlin forks, Ohlin shock, Ohlin steering damper, LM2 A.F.R. meter & data logger, Carrozzeria wheels, SS braided brake and clutch lines, ZX-10 front fender, rear hugger...

AFR at full boost is pretty rich. I want to say it drops down to 10.5 - 11.0 to 1. At least that's what I see on the readout when I get on it. I run 91 octane pump gas most the time. I try to mix some 100 Octane race gas available at my local 76 station, so I'd say the tank usually has half race gas, making it around 95 octane.

I think it's supposed to be 7.5-8 lbs, but saw this screen capture from a video taken last year and noticed it's a little above that. LOL

Turbo are you still using stock injectors and stock valve springs ????

Also, what rpm does your Garrett 30 come into boost ?

RE: Looking to turbo

My gauges came with the ATP turbo kit.

I still have stock internals. Got a complete engine kit for when I want to turn up the boost(JE pistons, Carillo rods, titanium springs, etc). The bike has been such a solid/reliable performer, I haven't really had the desire to do more work.

Boost usually starts building just before 5k on warm days. Since I'm in SoCal, it's usually pretty warm. On cool mornings, it'll start boosting at 4k rpm. Those are fun times!
