All of the above mentioned Flashers are good. Depends what you want. What exhaust you're running. And how well you can communicate that to your Tuner/Flasher.
Stands to reason. As far as AFR tuning is concerned, a flash is still just a map made with another bike with perhaps different mods. A lot of tuners still recommend a PC5 to adjust the AFR they flash. I would think if you get the same pipe as that which was used on the bike the flash was made for, you will have as close to perfect as most would ever be able to tell. There are a lot of other things that various tuners do differently such as mapping for inner and outer cylinders. Timing I'm sure some go more aggressive and others less. All those things might ad up but by now, I would be confident all the reputable tuners know all the same parameters for the ZX-14R. This bike has been around a long time.
