anyone here able to offer a long term test on carbon exhausts? thinking bout getting a set but worry about how the carbon laminate holds up to heat.

Do you mean the cannister ? Apparently Brock's and Muzzy's carbon fiber cannisters do pretty good on the street, but they do start to burn from the inside out eventually.

On Muzzy's system, the titanium cannister is just as light as the carbon fiber for all intents and purposes, and won't burn out nearly as fast.

I've had my Area P carbon fiber cans for 3 years now. The only problem is, they sun bleached a little bit. But they still look GREAT!!
