4500 TO 5500 Hic-cup

Hey Hub,Just tried 2nd gear WOT at 4 grand, she hic-cupped(stumbled) from 4500 to 5500,new plugs,shimmed to spec,good sync.no flys,stock clean air filter,no air leaks,pair by-passed.Brock S-meg full system.appropiate race map.First time I've hit it hard this year down low,I wanted to look at the sky.Hard running on the high way no probs.I'm thinking map may be a bit to rich for the street.The map is for a stock or race airfilter.Oh yah I left the crankcase vent plumbed stock

Hub I reset and calibrated my vagina-jet PC tps,got rid of the stumble 4500to 5500 pulls fn wonderful,but my low rpm try to cruise in traffic mode is not very nice.Its an off/on switch.I'm either on her or off her

She idles fine no stumble off idle,no gpro or tre,Zumo 550 off the battery,radar detector off battery emergency flasher disconnected,I use the switch to turn off/on radar detector.When I take her out,I ride easy til the tires warm up,then ride quickly,when I slow down and try to cruise on city streets under 3000 the throttle turns into an off/on switch,My previous brock map for flys in, the bike ran fine.I just ddn't like the lack of bottom end

Hub, I dont want the flys back in!!!!I think I have a low rpm/rich problem that can be cured.If the weather will co-operate it will get fixed.If it was a carbed bike it would of been fixed within hours

Just the slightest leak and she stalls."That may be the key.I wont mess with the air screws,first I'm going for throttle body rubbers and vacuum plugs,then a spark plug read,If no problem there I'll remove the mesh on the air filter.then try her.I may ask Roman to try her out,he has no flys with an Akro pipe.Befor I get into dangerous ground I'll call Lang and Brock.Right now I'M SEEING SNOW FLAKES ....damn

Hub is it possible that if the intake ducts were pushed to far onto the throttle body to cause a leak?the clamps are tight

see the ridge below the duct,this picture was before removing throttle bodies,now my ducts cover that ridge.I'm going to reinstall the ducts.

Here is your chuckle for the day........Fresh gas, injector cleaner 100mile ride and shes getting better and better.This is the first year I didn't donate my stabilized gas to the lawnmower
