WOLFMAN get a Turbo!
04/10/14 7:34 PM

So the average cost of a Turbo in Canada is $8000 (that's a conservative estimate).

I spent half and got this…

This message was brought to you by Wolfman, a disciple of the 14r and 9r, and member of the 14 Nation…

Hey Beast, thanks for your help in finding her, and for helping me bring her home. You are a true friend.

I should also note here, thank you for the plate!

Fab deal Cara,
These folks who buy new, single owner and take care of them types are the way to go. From a handling perspective you'd never know my bike Veridis' sister is 14 years old.

Hey Blk I will enjoy her man, fo show!

Now she needs a name...

Something befitting the late 90's or millennium.

Hmmmm...

Nice machine. When I got my fist bikes a friend of mine went from a 01 yzf600r to an 02 zx9r. Those things didn't get enough props. I then bought an 03 R1, but his bike was just as quick. the mags said they didn't compare at 900cc, but kawi ram air must have been the best in the business at the time.

He had a full muzzy system, +4 advancer, ivans stg 2 jet kit, -1 gearing and made 144whp. On my R1 I had a micron high mount slip on, bmc filter, pc3, intakes, cut airbox and made 140. I know the lack of a full system was hurting me, but he was just about dead even with me on a roll. Some gears he would jump out a bit, others I would.

Those were fun bikes, and much more comfortable than my R1.

as for naming ideas.... hmm. I like Samantha, Kayla, Alexis, Alyssa, Jasmine, Olivia, Sydney, Cassandra, Gabrielle, and many other strippers. lol.

Rod,
I blazed home with her at a blistering pace! She moves, but to go fast you have to be precise with the gearing (right gear and RPM) to make her sing.

C said something about sourcing a kit and pipe, I am looking forward to what my ole bud in Washington can do for my girl.

Rod, "strippers" - really!!! Finally someone I can relate too, hahahahahahhaha love it. There was a particular red headed gale I used to book sessions with. Her name was Becky. Just does not seem apropo? Hmmm

Thanks for the naming list...

I think I'm going to go with something elegant, simple and timeless! Something that compliments Veredis! I also had a great intimate encounter with a woman who bore the name "Jade!"

Introducing.... Jade

That's an awesome zx9r Wolf.......not long after I bought my big Ninja, I rode to a local dealer to pickup a couple of oil filters and guess what was sitting on the showroom floor, a super clean, low mile zx9r. Unfortunately, I didn't have the funds at the time and had to let it go. I hope you have fun riding and tuning that bad boy...Congrats!!!

Regards, John

Congrats big guy

I can attest to the absolute spectacular shape of this rare specimen.

It's a time portal back to 2000. One owner with 14000 kms. Rare , rare find and glad you got it.

If you strap that bike to the side of your 14 you'd have more ponies under you than me.

Nice bike Wolf. I had a 2001 ZX9 for a few years. Real good bike for all around. Sold it when I built my ZX10 R Streetfighter.
