The only time I notice mine vibrating is when I ride it like every other bike I have ever ridden. when I ride it with mine hands resting on the levers my hands are going numb in 15 minutes or so. if I ride it with my hands wrapped around the grip I notice nothing. really don't like having to changes years of riding style to keep my hands from going numb.

You might give some Heli bar risers a try there Toledo....I did....raised em just enough to have a good comfortable angle for my long arms.

You can also adjust your levers to angle higher or lower(the perches)....that might help?

Yep, a new pipe definitely adds vibration. And taking out the flies really vibed up my 07. Didn't like it one bit and will never do it again. Silky smooth is the way to go IMO. I'd get a race bike if I wanted a buzzy whip.

silky smooooth ? silky smooth is a new r1 which i sold for the zx 14r , very aware of 4 cylinder sport bike vibes ,this one is like lugging a diesel in wrong gear , sounds like tanckar and my bike were built 5 oclock on a friday .
