Have the rear suspension off. Small weight gain with the "on the fly" adjusters as expected.

Rook. The spring on my shock is 542 lb. and 6.3" long. Yours is a 600 lb. spring and 5.9" long. It will be interesting to see your sag numbers. I weigh 220-225 with gear and with zero turns of additional pre load I think I'm at 34mm sag. I will check my notes but its somewhere close to there. Any stiffer than that and the ride on upstate NY bumpy roads is to much for me. My first thought was that you have to much spring, but then I see your spring is slightly shorter and I don't know how that will affect things. Also not sure of your body weight, but assuming a guy that stresses over every ounce on his bike probably isn't over weight.lol

I'm about 200 with leathers and boots but I don't normally wear all of that. I've had the feeling that I would be buying a new spring for this some time in the near future. ..So, I can almost guaranty I'll need to borrow your Ohlins tools.
Still need to get the engine together and then I'll ride. I like looking at it but to tell you the truth, it was getting a little sickening about a month ago. I bet the 14 has less than 500 miles on it this year.
