What do I have to do to get one of those fancy Predator Race Team stickers? I thought it would be in the box with my newly flashed ECU. ;)

To all the doubters, haters, skeptics and posers
To all the short range, low class, spineless mofo's
To all the wordsmith, snaggle toothed backstabbers, relics and fakes
To all the short men with balls equivalent to shriveled block off plates
To all the people that slung shit and doubted
To all you fist waving doubters
To all you expensive ghules, and flash fanatics
To all you ballerinas that pretend u like gymnastics
To all you sarcastic, one minded losers
I am not so sure most people in this forum fall under any of these adjectives. I think is fair to say that we are creatures of habit, some people are ready to change and others are not, (they stick to an excellent product with an established track record).
There is one of the most important rule of business that some people are missing. The smartest businesses of any type never say anything bad about the competition; there are other ways to highlight your product.
I keep reading good testimonials from forum members about this flash. In my opinion, it is good for the sport, especially anyone who owns a ZX-14 powerplant.
Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm just curious to know. And I am not talking about dyno chart numbers, but has anyone tested this flash at their local dragstrip? Timeslips before and after the flash? How about at the Mile, (Land Speed racetrack)?

What's up Kofla,
Poetry provokes and in this case the archetypical subject of the message is aimed at resistors or resistor that posted criticism without trying the flash. There are many. As for all the other adjectives and references you are definitely right, most or all do not fit the descriptions.
As for track day testimonials... Mr Maverick...your turn
Hope all is well Kofla thanks for venturing you perspective.
PS. I don't track, but I can say for the record the flash turned Veridis into an assault vehicle. I offer the ride to many folds here in Tdot, but so far NO TAKERS. So if you haven't ridden it, don't criticize it on the forum.

I recently sent the brain of my R to Sebastian (Cblast). This will be the 3rd time that my ECU has been flashed as Don Guhl gave it a shot twice before. I honestly couldn't tell a difference after the two Guhl flashes. I am much more acclimated to the feeling of brutal acceleration than most (if not all) of the members here. That attribute allows me to be much more subjective about performance changes to my bike. I also measure changes in performance by hundredths of seconds and down to fractions of a MPH. Timing lights do not lie and this is what the CBLAST flash will be measured by. I am confident that Sebastian will provide me an ECU that is truly unleashed and ready to run at its full potential. Be prepared for a full technical write up with HARD DATA to back it up. None of this "HOLY CRAP IZZ SOOO FASSSTT" review crap that gets posted all over the net from every customer of every guy out there with a woolich setup. I will throw down a gauntlet with a Team Predator Racing logo on it and challenge anyone to touch it. This will be the only flash that has a true privateer with zero sponsers as the pilot. No smoke and mirrors here. Stay tuned. 6-14-14 is the next date that I will be able to get to a track.

Thank you for the reply. After reading so many flash reviews, I am sure others including myself are looking forward to see how it performs at the dragstrip.
As we know, after making performance modifications, in racing, seat-of-the-pants does not equal actual performance. Transferring engine power to the rear wheel, while avoiding excessive wheel spin and wheelies, while obtaining quickest E.T. is what counts.
Thanks.

You said it all Mav! And Kofla, yessir, that be the crux of the matter. The actual feeding of the power to concrete. I am confident in Mavs hand. This is gonna be good!

fatsix is right what is good at the strip may not be what is best on the street, although I suppose it could be good for both ? ride ability on the street might be different than cutting the best E.T.
but there are many people who know much more about that than me, I will leave that to them

I don't know how in the hell some of you guys are getting down into the low 9s and quicker!!!!! Better riders than me that's fo sho.

Even if you don't drag...the performance of C's new upgrade is gonna really rock your riding enjoyment....this now is the real zx14R that Kawi engineered for us.IF you're getting a little "here we are again' feeling riding a non flashed bike....you WILL encounter a new beast.....not that you 'get tired' of your stock mount....but this upgrade is NOTHING like the factory setup....still gentle and manageable...but there is a tiger at your wrist....a very angry tiger;)

Tuned in and watching ..If it makes more power in the low and mid it will take more that a few runs for maverick1441 to figure out how to use it .. The bike makes more HP than can be used at stock wheel base now and adding HP may not make it any faster , just harder to ride .. That being said the back half numbers are what we need to look at ..Lets say maverick1441 is running ( pick any number ) 3.09 ET on the back half and 29 MPH ..If the flash does make more power we should see it in the back half numbers ..1/8 mile to 1/4 mile will be what we will be looking for .. maverick1441 over all numbers may be slower but the back half numbers should be faster .. I would like to see that flash in action on a long bike where someone could really use all the power and extra power if there is any .. Then we could also see the front half numbers increase .. But even a longer bike the back half numbers will tell a better story .. I can't wait to see the out come ..

A stronger bike just means that chassis and gearing adjustments need to be made. You can't possibly believe that extra power is a bad thing. If the low and mid range is indeed better than what it was, then I will gear the bike accordingly and ride the hell out of it. I do agree that back half numbers will show how much peak power the bike is making though. My bike has not seen a dyno nor a tune yet, so that is the only data I have to guess at the power that I'm making. I have never been able to put down the MPH numbers that the quickest guys are posting. Brock's Louisville Slugger bike was going 160+ with Teron on it. I promise that I would drop an 8 second pass EVERY trip to the track if I was back halving that hard. 5.90s on an off pass equals 8.90s with a low 3.0X back half. I currently put down 3.14-3.19 back halves with the Brock's pump gas track map and the Guhl flash. I have to put down low 5.80s to barely sneak into the 8s trapping low 150s. Hell my 8.97 pass was done at 151.26.

maverick1441 no no no , I want all I can get !!! even if I can't use it ...lol .. I trust you on the testing because you know the numbers . You are one of the guys that know how to test and what to do with the data ..I wish we could do a long bike at the same time , same day and track .. That would make for a good write up ..

Very true , but it was flashed and tuned and other things also , like no orings , 0 wt. oil and good air ,shifting at 11200, ceramic bearings ect..It all adds up ..
I wish you had data with Brocks tune and Dons flash so we could see how they stack up .. I also wish you were closer , I'd put all my stuff on your bike and let you go wild .. You would be running Terons numbers ..Or better ..
